The name of the hospital is kept in memory of its founder – (Late ) Dr R.P. Singh, Ex-HoD, Department of Orthopaedics, R.M.C. H., Ranchi. R. P. S. Hospital is a Multi-disciplinary Super-Speciality Hospital located in Capital City of Jharkhand. The hospital is upgraded from a five decade old – Bariatu Nursing Home, which is still a land mark in the area.
R.P.S. Hospital was started by the eminent Doctor Late R.P.Singh as Bariatu Nursing Home who was an Orthopedic Surgeon. Established in the year of 1965 the hospital has been serving all across the various segments of the society with ethical affordable and scientific care .
